By downloading or using SpendVision (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the App solely for your personal financial tracking.

2. SpendVision Pro (Subscriptions)

The App offers an auto-renewing subscription ("SpendVision Pro").

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Google Play Account settings after purchase.

3. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

SpendVision is an automated expense tracking tool. It relies on the format of SMS alerts sent by your financial institutions. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in parsing every transaction. The App is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your device secure. We recommend against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as it could compromise your device's security features and expose the local database where SpendVision stores your financial data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpendVision and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the App or reliance on the data presented within it.
